Shaw’s and Star Market is seeking an In Store Shopper to pick items for online orders, bag and prepare orders for pickup or delivery, and manage substitutions as needed. You will move through the store to ensure accuracy and freshness, while coordinating with team members to meet customer timetables.

The role requires physical movement, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with handheld devices and order systems. It fits a fast-paced retail environment with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail required for product quality and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
