Job summary

Safeway is seeking an In Store Shopper to pick items for online orders with a focus on accuracy and freshness. You’ll move through the store selecting products that meet customer expectations for curbside pickup or delivery.

You’ll bag items carefully, manage substitutions when needed, and coordinate handoffs to customers in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail or fulfillment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail required for product quality and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
