Job summary

Safeway is seeking an In Store Shopper (Drive Up & Go Clerk) to pick high-quality groceries for online orders. You’ll move through the store, check items, and ensure accuracy for customers who shop online, while keeping orders organized for pickup or delivery.

In this role you will bag, substitute when needed, and coordinate with teammates to meet scheduling needs. Qualifications include 18+ years old, retail or fulfillment experience preferred, and comfort with handheld devices.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems; strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality items for online orders as you shop the store.
• Bag items, manage substitutions, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.
