SmartStyle Hair Salon in Pell City, Alabama is seeking an dynamic Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and deliver the full range of hair services in our Walmart-based salon.

You will support the Salon Leader in achieving goals, lead a service-focused team, market the salon, manage schedules and expenses, and strive to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and licensing required.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license required.
