Royalty Executives Inc. is expanding its sales and marketing team in Mount Vernon, IL and is looking for motivated professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer acquisition, retail marketing, and business development.

In this role, you’ll represent energy service providers through face-to-face promotions inside established retail locations, explaining plans, answering questions, and guiding customers to solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face to face inside retail locations.
• Represent energy service providers through in-store sales and promotional campaigns.
• Present available plans, pricing, promotions, and service benefits.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Answer questions and confidently guide customers through the sales process.
• Develop skills in sales presentations, customer acquisition, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Work alongside a competitive, team-oriented sales organization.
• Track personal sales performance and work toward individual and team goals.
