Job summary

The Home Depot is hiring in Missouri for Customer Service/Sales associates to deliver fast, friendly service by actively engaging with customers, learning product information, and helping to select items for complete projects.

You will greet and qualify customers, recommend solutions, and close sales while maintaining stocked, clean, and safe departments. You’ll coordinate with a supervisor and teammates to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department.
• Maintain in-stock condition and ensure area is clean, shop-able, and safe.
• Follow safety policies & training and report hazards.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
• Learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project.
• Greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments.
