Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking Customer Service/Sales associates in Branson, MO to deliver fast, friendly service by actively assisting customers with their project needs. You will greet, qualify, and recommend products while learning about offerings to close sales across departments.

You will help keep departments clean, stocked, and safe, following all safety policies and procedures and collaborating with supervisors and other associates to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and qualify their needs to offer suitable solutions.
• Recommend products and close sales within the department, and assist with related services.
• Learn product information using store tools to effectively answer questions and guide purchases.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and keep assigned areas clean, safe, and shop-able.
• Follow safety policies, complete safety training, report hazards to the Manager on Duty, and work safely with coworkers and customers.
