Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking Customer Service/Sales associates in Missoula, MT to provide fast, friendly service and help customers select products for entire projects. You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend solutions, and close sales across departments, while keeping areas stocked, clean, and safe.

Associates work with department supervisors and other teams, following safety policies and training to maintain a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
• Learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project.
• Greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas, keeping them clean, shop-able, and safe.
• Follow safety policies and standards, complete safety training, and report hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty.
