Job summary

Air Experts, part of American Residential Services, is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives to engage customers in national home improvement stores and generate qualified HVAC/plumbing service leads.

Role offers hourly pay with uncapped commission, weekly pay, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules. Insurance after 31 days, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and life insurance are also provided.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.

• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
