Job summary

Marmon/Keystone LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a territory, grow the customer base, and drive revenue in metals, fabrication, and distribution. You will build relationships, close deals, and expand market presence across a nationwide network.

This role emphasizes strategic business development, competitive analysis, and collaboration with operations to ensure customer satisfaction. Willingness to travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with measurable success in expanding business and increasing revenue.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong business and financial acumen with margin management experience.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to travel 70+ percent across the assigned region.
• A results oriented sales professional with a record of developing new business in industrial, metals, or manufacturing sectors.
• Uncapped earning potential with base salary plus commission tied to performance.

• Prospect, qualify, and close new customers to expand presence in key markets.

• Provide regular territory performance updates including pipeline health and revenue forecasts.
