Job summary

American Home Design, Inc. is hiring for in-store Promotions Representatives to work in Knoxville area stores and other TN locations. You will set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments, engage shoppers with a script, and coordinate with the Call Center to schedule visits.

Flexible schedules and weekly pay with bonuses are offered. Pay includes a base plus uncapped bonuses with potential for full-time employment with benefits, including health insurance.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background is preferred.
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems.
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day with a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift.

Responsibilities

American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Knoxville area team. We have opportunities to work in the Knoxville, Maryville, Centerline, Oak Ridge, Sevierville, Lenoir City and Morristown locations.
