American Home Design is hiring part‑time and full‑time In‑Store Promotions Representatives for our Tri‑Cities/Knoxville area team.

We have opportunities to work in the Johnson City and Kingsport locations. Whether you are looking for a part‑time position or beginning a sales career; we offer both options.

Our promoters work inside local Home Depot stores and schedule appointments for a free water test with shoppers. You are setting an appointment with homeowners for a FREE water test. You get paid well to talk to people! We offer paid training and a lucrative base + unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top in‑store representatives are making over $30/hour!.

Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments for in‑home water assessments
• Engage shoppers in conversation via a well trained script to generate interest in more information
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule
• Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift
