You will work in a high-energy sales environment engaging homeowners, learning their home‑comfort needs, and introducing ARS solutions such as heating, cooling, and energy efficiency options.

We offer hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, weekly pay, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to engage shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend availability and some holidays.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners while they shop and introduce home‑comfort solutions.

• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
