ARS-Rescue Rooter in Summerville, SC is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

You will engage with customers, start conversations, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments, with uncapped commission and paid training.

Full-time and part-time roles with weekly pay and benefits are available; no door-to-door work.

Formación

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations with them.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
