Qualifications

1 year of related professional retail experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
Solution-oriented and flexible in a fast-paced retail environment.
Capable of working independently and managing shifting priorities.
Comfortable using word processing and spreadsheets and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
Assist in maximizing store sales and meeting targets by monitoring progress against goals.
Foster a consumer-centric, inclusive store environment and model selling behaviors.
Provide direct feedback, coaching, and supervision of associates.
Occasionally assume store leadership in the absence of a manager.
Interact with customers to provide exceptional service throughout the store.
