Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead for Ballard Designs at our West Chester, OH location. You will inspire guests with an exceptional shopping experience, guide a team of service-minded associates, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising to keep the store visually compelling.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. You will report to the Store Leader and participate in opening/closing and banking duties while contributing to total rewards including health care,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.
• Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the guest experience; passionate about providing exceptional service and leading a team of service-minded associates.
• Coach team members on product knowledge and empower them with the tools necessary to meet the needs of our guest.
• Partner with Sales Lead-Visual Merchandising on product and assortment needs to ensure the store is visually compelling.
• Perform store opening, closing, and banking activities.
