ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with weekend availability required and location in Dartmouth, MA.

You will engage customers, start conversations, and educate them on HVAC and indoor air quality solutions. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission and enjoy weekly direct deposit payments and paid

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

• You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:


• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers


• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)


• Ability to stand and walk during shifts


• Weekend and some holiday availability


• Reliable transportation


• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand


• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings


• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
