ARS-Rescue Rooter in Wilmington, NC is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. The role includes engaging customers, generating qualified leads, and scheduling in-home consultations.

Weekend availability is required, with part-time and full-time options and uncapped commission potential. We offer weekly pay, paid training, flexible schedules, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
