ARS-Rescue Rooter in Fort Worth, TX is hiring Customer Engagement Representatives to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retail stores. Earn $18–$20 per hour plus commission, with earning potential $20–$30 per hour on average. Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday 10am–5pm.

Full-time and part-time opportunities available. We offer weekly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, and a career path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsabilités

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as a Promotions Specialist explaining service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune ups with service technicians and comfort advisors
• Note: this role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not function as a canvasser
