Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 1+ year of Customer Service/Inside Sales/Counter Sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter telephone orders, answer questions, resolve issues and trace order status or shipments.
• Counter Sales serving customers who come into the retail store.
• Support Outside Sales team and promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories.
• Conduct product demonstrations and maintain customer records and pricing.
• Perform outbound calls to Retail and small 'B' customers and back-up Relief Truck Driver duties as needed.
