Ballard Designs is seeking a Sales Associate to join our West Chester, OH store on a full-time basis. You will work onsite with a team to deliver an inspiring shopping experience and meet sales goals.

You'll use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems to assist guests, process transactions, and maintain a well-organized sales floor. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor.
• Deliver excellent guest service, educating guests on products and services.
• Assist guests with accurate and efficient service to enhance shopping experience.
