HEYDUDE is seeking a Sales Associate in Daytona Beach, FL to create memorable in-store experiences, assist customers, and support store operations. You’ll help with product displays, promotions, and daily tasks.

Ideal candidates are 16+, reliable, and team-oriented, with flexible availability including nights and weekends; training will cover our V.I.B.E.S service model and brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback, upholding brand values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet and exceed personal sales objectives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and partnerships to elevate the customer experience.
• Follow HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control.
