The role requires being 16+, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, strong teamwork, and a customer-first mindset. This position participates in an incentive program and is eligible for E-Verify.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating Crocs, Inc values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation and stockroom operations.
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations and launches, sharing knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with HEYDUDE.
• Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies including Asset Protection procedures and inventory control.
