Job summary

HEYDUDE is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences in our store. You will help customers explore products, support promotions, and work with the team to meet store goals.

This role requires flexibility, a 16+ age, ability to stand 8 hours, lift 30 pounds, and a positive, team-first attitude. You'll be trained on POS, merchandising, and stockroom operations, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our service model.
• Collaborate with store management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, sharing knowledge with customers.
• Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection and inventory control.
