In this hourly, non-exempt role, you’ll handle daily store operations, meet sales targets, assist customers with product selection, and collaborate with the store team to maintain standards and protect assets.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and promote services and merchandise.
• Help customers entering the store and assist multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell store services and products.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Assist in daily store operations, shipments, and upkeep.
