Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive sales of handsets, rate plans and accessories in a full-time, in-person role in Opelousas, Louisiana. You will exceed monthly quotas while following company policies and using key systems like Aktivate and Paycom. Spanish preferred and a reliable commute are assets.

The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible schedule, with emphasis on accuracy in cash handling and inventory control during all store operations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Perform as a role model and assist new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Follow policies and cash depositing procedures; protect company assets.
• Maintain store appearance and complete required training on time.
• Record time and attendance accurately in the system.
