• Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, server, or call center.
• Ability to confidently engage with shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments.
• Engage shoppers with a well-trained script.
• Confirm and schedule appointments with the Call Center.
