Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule.
• Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments.
• Engage shoppers in conversation via a well trained script to generate interest.
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment.

Skills

Customer-facing background (servers, retail, call center)

Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm

Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection

Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems
