American Home Design, Inc. is hiring for in-store Promotions Representatives to work in our Chattanooga area team, with openings in nearby Cleveland, Chattanooga, and Dalton, GA.

Roles can be part-time or full-time, working inside Home Depot stores and scheduling free water-test appointments for homeowners. You’ll be engaging customers with a script, earning incentives and bonuses, and training on our systems.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background (servers, retail, call center)
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule
• Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments
• Engage shoppers in conversation via a well trained script to generate interest in more information
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations
