American Home Design is hiring Promotions Representatives to work in-store at Home Depot locations in the Sevierville region, with opportunities for part-time or full-time employment and a strong incentive-based pay plan.

Promoters set appointments for free water tests, engage customers with a scripted approach, and may advance to full-time roles with health insurance; top performers earn over $30/hour.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background required.
• Confident and enthusiastic communication with customers.
• Independent, self-motivated and comfortable with rejection.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems.
• Must be able to work at least one weekend day and have a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to walk a Home Depot store for a 4-hour shift.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments.
• Engage shoppers in conversation using a script to generate interest.
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot.
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately.
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift.
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations.
