Job summary

Acosta Group, via Product Connections, seeks an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations and engage customers. You will prepare, serve, and break down food and non-food samples using common appliances, maintaining a clean, professional setup and assisting with client visits.

This part-time role emphasizes effective product storytelling, strong interpersonal skills, and adherence to safety and appearance standards in a retail setting across the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with PC/mobile devices using applications and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Intercept and engage consumers to sell products in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the job requirements.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company objectives.
• Complete expense reports as per Company Policy.
• Submit all online requirements the same day as Event execution.
• Access the internet and navigate internal systems, including Microsoft Word & Adobe PDF forms.
