Job summary

Product Connections, a unit of Acosta Group, is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations in Puerto Rico. You will learn products, prepare and serve samples, engage customers, and present features and benefits in a professional retail setting.

The role is part-time (up to 25 hours/week). A high school diploma or GED is preferred; basic computer skills and familiarity with Outlook, Word and PDF forms are expected; a local food handler permit may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; related experience acceptable.
• Proficient with PC and internal systems; ability to navigate Outlook, Word and PDF forms.
• Local Food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Possesses the aptitude to gain knowledge of products represented.
• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer.
• Communicate features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using standard appliances.
• Maintain clean, safe workstation and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table and ensure 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visit preparation and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports and online requirements on event day.
