Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations in Kokomo, Indiana. You will learn products, prepare and serve samples, and engage consumers to demonstrate benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 months related experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic PC/Mobile device applications and internal systems.
• Local food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers and demonstrate product features.
• Prepare and serve product samples using small appliances.
• Maintain clean, safe workstation and follow cleaning procedures.
• Set up Event Table and execute demonstrations as required.
• Build rapport with store personnel to achieve objectives.
• Submit expense reports according to policy.
• Complete on-line tasks on the day of event.
