Club Demonstration Services in Maryland is seeking a Full Time Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators, oversee product preparation and presentation, and train demonstrators for exceptional customer service.

You will coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors and store staff, participate in grand openings and manage multiple events with a focus on safety, quality and sales growth; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to lead teams.
• Detail oriented with ability to coach and develop employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed.
• Achieve defined revenue and net income objectives through activation, strategy and expense management.
• Optimize customer satisfaction through improved operations.
