ARS is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Forney or Terrell, TX. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Earn $18-$20 per hour plus uncapped commission with average earnings of $20-$30/hour, weekly pay, paid training, and flexible schedules. No door-to-door canvassing; opportunity to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
• Employment contingent on background check.

Responsibilities
