Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a highly motivated Google Pixel Sales Specialist to own Pixel and ecosystem sales inside a Best Buy store location in Madison, WI. You will drive direct sales, train staff, and champion Pixel, Google Health, and Fitbit products.

The role runs Oct 20 through Jan 10, 2027 with a 32-hour weekly schedule, a 11:00 AM–7:30 PM shift window, and a $27/hour guaranteed base pay. This is a part-time, in-store position with extension potential.

Qualifications

• Proven over-performer with history of exceeding quotas/KPIs.
• Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience preferred.
• Self-driven with a high sense of urgency and initiative.
• Fierce competitive streak driven by leaderboards and metrics.
• Charismatic closer capable of overcoming objections and closing deals.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and have own vehicle to transport equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales and ecosystem growth for Pixel and Fitbit within the store.
• Take ownership of increasing Pixel & Fitbit device and ecosystem sales.
• Pitch Google Pixel devices, Google Health & Home, and Fitbit on the floor.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• Coach and mentor Best Buy staff to drive Pixel/Fitbit sales.
• Act as resident expert on Google Pixel & Fitbit features to close deals.
