Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License is required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: must have a 3 rating (meets expectations) or higher.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and present products.
• Build productive trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately following policies.
• Follow and aim to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain precise work order files and stock formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist in deliveries when required.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas and discuss options with customers.
