Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Music Teacher to deliver lessons through the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum, help students grow, and foster a culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.

You will partner with the store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount, teach instruments you are proficient in (drums, guitar, keyboard, etc.), assist with customer service, and communicate progress to students and parents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument they are proficient in (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.).
• Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area they will be teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
• Increase student count and ensure ongoing growth and enjoyment.
• Assist with Customer service to build long-term students and a great experience.
• Additional duties as assigned.
