Job summary

Sun Com Mobile in North Augusta, SC is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high‑quality sales and meet company benchmarks. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per guidance and management metrics.

Requirements include 18+, ability to stand, reliable transportation, and 4 days/30 hours per week. Spanish preferred. This is an in-person role with benefits including 401(k), health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience and ability to meet sales benchmarks.
• Spanish language ability is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics, as indicated by management.
• Perform as a role model and offer assistance for all new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks, as assigned by management.
