Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory while assisting leadership with training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; applicants must be at least 18 and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible hours may be available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude preferred.
• Able to lead and train teammates.
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• Motivated self-starter with action orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, rotate shelves and track inventory.
• Assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Record shift activity with a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
