Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, seeks a friendly in-store merchandiser in Gainesville, VA. You will help retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. No experience required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• You are 18 years or older.
• Capable of physical work: moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently and also build a strong team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation; track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
