Advantage Solutions’ SAS Retail Services in Berkeley, CA is seeking a motivated in-store merchandising teammate. You will support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience and can lead/train others.
• Use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and rotate stock.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
