Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is looking for an in-store merchandising teammate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays and end caps, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities while assisting leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. This role offers growth opportunities, flexible hours, and benefits tailored to your needs.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You are 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Have experience leading and training people.
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, meet shoppers' needs, and build displays and endcaps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
