The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape the shopping experience in our partner stores. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate shelves, and monitor inventory to maximize sales for our retailers.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. You must be 18 years or older, able to lift up to 50 lbs., and have reliable transportation to the Ann Arbor area.

Qualificações

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
