Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role. You will support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

Training and team support are provided to help you succeed. You’ll join a network of teammates serving brands and retailers worldwide, with pathways for growth and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations and customer experience.
