Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to support in-store execution across various store formats. You will stock, rotate, and display Red Bull products, ensuring brand standards and planograms are followed, while maintaining clean backstock and efficient shelf management.

The role involves lifting and moving cases, collaborating with account teams, and building positive customer relationships to maximize visibility and sales.

Qualifications

• A valid US Driver’s License.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum insurance coverage for work.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Merchandising experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all equipment and point of sale are current, clean, and presented to brand standards.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate inventory to support stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, including building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
