Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and experience in retail/merchandising; shifts vary and may be 4 to 10 hours. Training and safety guidelines apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and store resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and promotional materials.
• Perform store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in stores.
