Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute planograms, price changes, signage, and fixtures in a store setting. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary customer service and support merchandise and PDQs as needed.

The role requires availability for variable shifts, strong communication, and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision while upholding safety standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion.
