Advantage Solutions, operating through Retail Odyssey, is hiring a retail merchandising helper in Michigan. You will build displays, reset shelves, and manage shelf inventories to help stores maximize sales. No prior experience is required; training and team support are provided.

You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate with customers and store management in a friendly, professional manner. Transportation to the work location is expected.

Qualifications

• Able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results; can work independently or in a team.
• Must be able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
