Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring a Retail Merchandiser in Richmond, MI. You will support in-store merchandising by building displays, updating end caps, rotating stock, and monitoring inventory to help stores optimize sales.

No prior experience required, training provided; we offer benefits and opportunities for growth. You must be 18+, physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to communicate effectively with customers and management.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining safety in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
